Do you provide written scopes and estimates?+
Yes. Every project starts with a written scope that defines included work, materials, exclusions, owner responsibilities, and how any change orders will be handled — before a single tool comes out.
How are hidden or pre-existing conditions handled?+
Concealed, latent, or non-visible conditions (rotted decking, hidden water damage, code upgrades, etc.) are excluded from the initial scope and only added by written change order after they're uncovered and reviewed with you.
Do you work with insurance claims?+
Yes. For storm, wind, and leak-related damage we can document conditions with photos and a written scope you can share with your insurance adjuster.
